Before joining, I felt nervous and filled with shame and embarrassment about seeking help. But now, I’ve found a real sense of peace. I’ve learned to establish stronger boundaries with myself and others, and I’m embracing all sides of who I am—the good and the bad.
To any woman hesitant about investing in support, I’d say this: we spend money on things like meals, shopping, and other non-essentials—so why not shift those priorities and invest in becoming the best version of ourselves? It’s been one of the most worthwhile decisions I’ve made.
Showing up each week kept me accountable, and hearing other women’s victories and struggles was so helpful. Even when I couldn’t attend live, the replays kept me on track.
